This Sunday evening, March 2 at 7 p.m. Music at Christ United Methodist Church will present a concert of wonderful music by Johann Sebastian Bach. Church member Rinna Saunm who holds a Doctor of Music degree in piano performance from North Texas University, will be featured in the CONCERTO IN D MINOR (BWV 1052) for piano and orchestra. Also on the program, the Sanctuary Choir will sing Bach’s wonderful Cantata #80 on the hymn “Ein Feste Burg” which we know as “A Mighty Fortress is Our God.” The choir will sing with orchestra and soloists are: Liz Turner, Kathy Light, Lynne Randall, Stan Kummer and David Jones. The concert is free and everyone is invited to attend!
